1. Delivery & Carriage Charges

1.1 We will normally ship goods within 2-3 working days  and any estimated shipping date is an estimate, which can change without notice.

1.2 Any delay will be communicated via email or contact number provided where possible.

1.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

1.4 We can deliver our products anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to any islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, however we are able to deliver to a mainland courier company on your behalf for onward shipping.

1.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at the specified delivery address to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

1.6 Some of our products are relatively weighty items and you may be required to assist the driver in offloading your order.

1.7 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

1.8 If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

1.9 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

1.10 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or us within a 24 hours of receipt.

1.11 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

1.12 Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

1.13 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

1.14 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.

1.15 Free deliveries are available on orders where the goods cost more than £40 (inc VAT).

2. Cancellation and returns

2.1 If you decide to return you order after you have received it, we will refund or exchange your purchase as long as the original packaging is undamaged and the item is returned unused and in a saleable condition.

2.2 Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt (this does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). You will be liable for the cost of returning the item to us. Refunds will be made to the card that you used to make the original payment, and will take up to 15 working days to be credited to your account.

2.3 If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please Contact Us within 7 working days so that we can offer you an exchange or refund. We will confirm with you the most convenient way for you to return the item to us. All refunds will be made to the card that you used to make the original payment, and will take up to 15 working days to be credited to your account.

2.4 Unfortunately we cannot accept cannot accept returns of filament and 3D Art or products that have been modified to your specification.

2.5 Our Returns Policy and Product Guarantee do not affect your statutory rights.

3. Faulty goods

3.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

3.2 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

3.3 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

3.4 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.

3.5 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility; however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

3.6 Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request.

3.7 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.

3.8 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.

3.9 We are unable to guarantee an exact colour match due to the nature of the product.
